Group and Hen Do Yoga
What to expect?
Yoga can be a unique and fun activity for a hen do. It is a great way to recharge after perhaps more "stimulating" activities or as a great alternative to some of the more traditional hen do activities. It is a great way to bond together and make sure you get some quality time that will make life long memories. If you would like photos these can be sent to the host or hen afterwards to be shared out amongst the hens so that you can look back on the fun you had.

The classes are typically 1.5 hours and incorporate yoga poses (asanas) to stretch and strengthen the body, some breathwork and meditation. Some of these will be as an individual and some as partners/groups.

At the end of the class there will be a 30 minute Yoga Nidra - a truly deep and restorative form of Yoga to help both the mind and body to relax.

These classes are suitiable for EVERYbody at every level of yoga - whether its your first time or you are an advance yogi.

These classes are just for Hen do's. They can b tailored for any private group yoga sessions. They are great fun to do outdoors if you have a location in mind but if you don't want to risk it with the weather I can incorporate an indoor location too.

Once you have found and booked your spot drop me a message to arrange your session. Prices are on request. Locations outside of Salisbury may incur a mileage charge.

“Couldn't recommend Leah enough! She hosted a 1.5 hour private yoga class for a group of 22 of us as part of a hen do and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her communication ahead of the event was great and everyone loved the session and it was a real highlight of our weekend. Leah was so calming, thorough and patient throughout. Thank you again”
What do I need to bring?

I have up to 15 yoga mats available to use on the day. Alternatively you can bring your own or provide the additional mats. If outdoors, wearing suitable clothing and bringing a towel/blanket is advised.
